* ABOUT OEM&ODM ORDER
Q1: What’s minimum order quantity?
A1: For in-stock item, the minimum quality is 1 pcs per style.
For customised items, the minimum quality is 60 pcs per style per pattern per colour, up to 3 sizes available.
Q2: Would you accept small quantity order?
A2: Yes, we’re happy to have more business opportunities via small quantity orders. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team. We could further go associate about the price and more product details.
Q3: Would you provide sample custom service?
A3: Yes, we’re willing to manufacture products based on your wants and needs. Please feel free to contact our customer service team and let us know about the design you would like to produce. We will offer you a reasonable price and custom the sample for you asap.
NOTE: FOR OEM&ODM order, 30% deposit is required to be paid before production, and balance paid before shipment which depends on your quantities.
* ABOUT COLOUR
All product pictures are taken in kind. Please bear in mind, due to lighting, there may have a slightly difference in colours between product images and actual product. Please subject product colour to actual product.
* ABOUT DELIVERY
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Deliver time depends on the shipping methods you choose.

How long will my order be shipped after placing it?
Once you have placed your order, we will try our best to dispatch the order as soon as possible.
* For in-stock items, please allow 2-7 days for warehouse to pick and pack your order, after placing your order.
* For sample custom, please allow within 15 days to send it out.
* Depend on order quantity, for small OEM order, please allow 10-20 days to produce. For bulk production order, please allow about 25-40 days to manufacture.
